We’re announcing the end of support for our legacy VortexBox-based OS fork, used on units manufactured until Summer 2024. Support for this OS will conclude in December 2025.

This decision allows us to fully focus on our new, proprietary 432OS, which delivers a significantly improved listening experience with enhanced sound quality, stability, and performance. Maintaining the old OS has become increasingly challenging due to its age, compatibility issues across 10 different motherboard versions, and the scarcity of spare parts for older hardware.

Send in your unit, and we’ll upgrade its core IT components (motherboard, RAM, storage) to our latest 2025 specifications. This ensures your existing 432 EVO chassis is future-proofed and ready to run our advanced 432OS.

Important Notes:

• Units still under warranty, and all units purchased since February 2022, are already compatible with 432OS or will require minimal upgrades (SSD reinstall with 432OS).
• Older units may require more extensive upgrades, but we’ve designed this service to be cost-effective.

This means resellers maintaining up-to-date demo units running 432OS will be listed, ensuring potential customers can always experience the superior sound and stability of our latest offerings.
