432 EVO High-End reviewSoundstage Australia - 432EVO High-End Music Server“Innovation in Design” award

“[The 432 EVO] did indeed sound excellent at all the “A” tuned frequencies I tried. In fact, it could be said that the 432Hz tuning is to music as the 528Hz miracle tone is to healing mind and body (just Google it!). The 432EVO High-End Music Server sound quality was superb.”

During ‘Awards’ Evaluation Process
In the last few weeks, with restrictions easing throughout NSW, SoundStage! Australia HQ was able to host several music sessions with many Sydney audiophiles. Without exception, each and every one was struck by the sonic performance derived from the in-house streamer (432 EVO High-End, see below). As per any group, opinions were varied and a few still rated the CD as edging the streamer… marginally. Be that as it may, and it’s certainly an observation rife for long and heated debate, the convenience and sound quality Roon/Tidal offer, in our system context, is irrefutable.

Conclusion
The 432Hz tuning feature wouldn’t be worth much on its own if the 432EVO High-End Music Server didn’t sound good. But it did indeed sound excellent at all the “A” tuned frequencies I tried. In fact, it could be said that the 432Hz tuning is to music as the 528Hz miracle tone is to healing mind and body
(just Google it!).

432 EVO MASTER review:Vumètre (France)

"This machine is atypical in terms of its design, in the way it is manufactured and in its unique operation. It conceals under a thick, minimalistic design a real sophistication, thanks to a technological creativity. It is certainly a product of character, and it can be heard very clearly from the first moment. We are at the antipodes of a hyper crystalline listening. On the contrary, here, the timbres are realistic, the image has substance and a real structure, and the dynamics are expressed without hardening the message. If we dared to use an automotive analog, we could say that this server looks like a chubby V8 that runs with impressive serenity."

432 EVO MASTER review: Hifi Pig (UK)

"... the overall implementation and in particular the level of sound configuration means you get a very impressive and resolving sound and uniquely tweakable solution indeed. Getting this level of power separation and re-clocker is a real bonus sonically. One not to be missed for demo!"

Elevator Pitch Review
A strong sonic performer that is tweakable as is and upgradeable as new developments and improvements become available. Price includes setup and support. This may be the last digital frontend you need purchase.
Sound Quality
While reliant to an extend on your in-situ DAC, the overall implementation and in particular the level of sound configuration means you get a very impressive and resolving sound and uniquely tweakable solution indeed. Getting this level of power separation and re-clocker is a real bonus sonically. One not to be missed for demo!
We Loved
Flawless functionality with very strong sonic delivery. Dedicated Trilinear PSU, integration of ripper, Roon Core, and streamer, config and tuning options as well as in person setup and support. (Note: in-person set up is for the Master model only).

432 EVO AEON award:Hi-Fi Choice Recommended Components Award

“Used in the manner that 432 EVO intends, it’s also the best USB source I’ve tested to now...”

Everybody Hertz
The world of audiophile storage continues to evolve and Ed Selley has been looking at the latest intriguing development

The summary of the review:
It’s hard not to admire the dedication shown in the design of the Aeon to do something different and to do it as well as it can be reasonably done.

What makes it for me as a package is that 432 EVO hasn’t lost sight of all the basics that a network storage device needs to perform in the pursuit
of making its brainchild work. This is a stable, silent and very flexible music server that is more than up to the task of supporting a household of network audio devices. It isn’t cheap, but you can at least appreciate where much of the outlay has gone and its benefits.

Used in the manner that 432 EVO intends, it’s also the best USB source I’ve tested to now and if I used one all the time, it would negate the presence of the SOtM I have in my setup as a head unit. Finally, the 432 software is capable of imparting genuine improvement to a wide selection of music and, on the occasions where the benefits are less clear cut, it’s easy enough to bypass. The Aeon shows that there are some intriguing further possibilities to audiophile storage and consequently it’s a device that will delight a great many listeners.
